We're Proud to be an Inclusive Studio
We promise to continue to learn and be an advocate for underrepresented communities. we also pledge never to photograph at slave plantations or other venues that don't uphold our same values.
Welcome to Bethany Michaela Studio, where we wholeheartedly believe all humans are beautiful and deserve to be loved and that within diversity, there is strength. We do not discriminate against race, ethnicity, gender, size, sexual orientation, or religion. Our arms are open wide to embrace LGBTQIA+ couples, interracial couples, interfaith couples, multicultural couples, and everyone else seeking to marry the person they cherish. We promise to continue to learn and be an advocate for underrepresented communities. We also pledge never to photograph at slave plantations or other venues that don’t uphold our same values.
At our studio, we firmly denounce hate, racism, sexism, bigotry, homophobia, transphobia, and xenophobia. We commit to fostering an inclusive environment in our photography and the world around us. As responsible members of both the photography industry and society, we actively strive to fight social injustice and inequality. We hire a diverse group of photographers and collaborate with diverse, like-minded vendors.
We stand with organizations who have been doing the work, like Black Trans, Girls Not Brides, and Innocence Project. We donate a portion of our profits to these organizations. We’re always open to suggestions for other worthy causes that align with our mission and values.
We are so excited to collaborate with you. Let’s spread love, understanding, and acceptance together as we capture the beautiful moments that define your love story. We look forward to working with you and being a part of your journey.
