I was so excited when this couple told me they were getting married! They are such a sweet couple and were a blast to work with. Their wedding was in New York City at Dobbin St in Brooklyn.
I always love photographing at this Dobbin St NYC venue. The people who work there are amazing, and they support their community in such an amazing way. I also love the pops of color and all the different angles I can get to in this venue. It helps me tell the full story.
They both got ready at The Box Hotel in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It’s one of my favorite hotels in that area, and I always love getting some shots with the vintage taxi and the graffiti walls nearby!
These two met online and got engaged in Barcelona, Spain. However, they knew that New York was a memorable and integral part of their story, from living together in Brooklyn to now getting married in the city was their only choice.
It is always special when my couples have large families that can come together to honor traditions and share in this joyous occasion. Having their families together to celebrate them was like a big, dream party!
