How to Choose a Location for Your Engagement Photography
When choosing a location for your engagement session, there are a few things to keep in mind. Because of the Texas weather always changing, depending on the season, your location might look different. You should also take into consideration the temperature during that season. Especially, if you want to wear a sleeveless dress in your photos, don’t book engagement photos in the winter. Because being cold and uncomfortable will translate into your photos.
Also, local events can significantly influence your location selection, as some locations are busier than others during certain seasons. For example, homecoming or prom season makes Flippen Park and Lakeside Park extremely busy during the weekend, so if you are looking to take your engagement photos there, I highly recommend shooting during the week to avoid the crowd.
