This couple’s Battery Gardens Wedding was so beautifully classic and timeless. The groomsmen got ready at a chic Airbnb nearby, while the bridal party primped at a hotel. In true fashion, the men finished getting ready early, so to kill time they grabbed one of NYC’s best cocktails at The Dead Rabbit. This venue is a big contender for one of our favorite wedding venues in the heart of downtown New York City. I can never get over the views of the Hudson River in Battery Park, Battery Gardens. You can see the Statue of Liberty, Jersey City, and all the beautiful sailboats going by Ellis Island.
If you end up booking a wedding at Battery Gardens, your wedding guests will receive the total New York City Experience. An outdoor wedding is our all-time favorite, but if the weather isn’t ideal on your wedding day, then you can have it indoors with panoramic views of the river. I also love that within walking distance you can get amazing photos all around Battery Park.
I love everything about this couple, but I especially like the fact that they entered into their wedding reception with sombrero hats and knew how to throw a great party! I’m so honored to share their wedding slideshow and some of our favorite images!
