From crafting a beautiful wedding to creating a beautiful family, I have had the pleasure of capturing it all behind my lens with Celeste and Chris. Having a couple trust me to take pictures of their wedding is one thing, but having a couple also trust me to take photos of the wonderful life they have created now, complete with a son, makes my heart so happy. We started this family session my favorite way at home in their natural habitat, reading books to baby Atticus; from there, we were off to the park to capture more magic.

One of the things I love about Celeste and Chris is that they never shy away from color, which was not only reflected on their wedding day but also apparent in their family session. With Celeste wearing a floral dress that complimented her red hair beautifully and Chris wearing a pair of salmon-colored shorts, it helped them both pop even more on camera when it came to our surroundings. Next, we walked down to the local park stopping in front of any colors we found to get some quick shots, finally making our way to the playground, where Atticus was able to adventure around as we continued our shoot.
Brooklyn Family Photo Tips
What is great about a family shoot is that performing your daily routine, such as going to the park together, really helps to get natural emotional shots without having to pose. After Atticus got all wet playing at the splash pad at the park, it was time to head home. So thankful to have Celeste, Chris, and now Atticus in my life so I can continue to capture their love as it grows throughout the ages!
