Whenever people ask me where to take their engagement photos, I always suggest the Upper East Side, especially if that’s their neighborhood! It’s quintessential New York City and has so much romance and history on every block.

Tracy and Ambrose booked their engagement session with me at one of my favorite New York City locations for couples photos. DUMBO is one of my favorite locations since you are so close to the water, but you can also get a great shot of the city.

We hopped on a call to discuss her goals, target audience, and what she would use the images for. I talked through creating a shot list, and she put together a great list, and we were able to capture everything she needed in two hours.

Ashley and Greg met me in New York, so it was only fitting that we captured their engagement pictures in the city around Dumbo. One of my favorite things about Dumbo engagement photos is the variety of locations you can capture in a short walk.
